How we work out these figures

85% provisioning time reduction: based on average time savings reported by Connect Frontline customers using automated JML workflows vs. manual setup.
80% access change reduction: Connect Frontline automates role-based access changes triggered by HR data updates, removing most manual IT intervention.
0.5 hrs per access change: estimated average manual handling time per change across systems (ticket, update, verify).
Leaver accounts left open: Never is 2% of leavers × 1hr to find and close. Occasionally is 15% × 2hrs. Frequently is 30% × 4hrs. Multiplied across systems per employee.
Leavers estimated at 80% of starters: a conservative proxy for annual churn, assuming slight net headcount growth.
Growth adjustment: headcount growth applied as a partial-year multiplier (50% of stated growth rate) to account for staggered hiring across the year.
Volume pricing: the platform cost uses volume pricing based on your employee count, applied to your average headcount across the year.

Complete access control,
from first shift to last

Connect Frontline ensures access is always in sync, from the moment a new starter arrives to the time they leave.

A login for every person

Every worker gets their own ConnectID, including staff without a corporate email address. That removes the need for shared logins, so every sign-in ties back to a named person.

Access set by role

Define roles once. Connect Frontline gives each worker the systems their role, site and brand need, and nothing more. Seasonal bar staff get the rota and payroll apps. Their duty manager also gets the dashboard.

Leavers lose access automatically

Connect Frontline picks up joiner, mover and leaver changes from your HR system, with connectors for Fourth, SuccessFactors, Sona and more. When someone leaves, their access is removed without anyone raising a ticket.

A clear audit trail

Every access change, reset and removal is logged, and usage reports show who is signing in to which platforms.

FAQ

Common questions

These results are based on the information you provide in the form. The reduction percentages (85% provisioning, 80% access changes) are averages we're seeing from current and previous Connect Frontline customers. Your experience and results will vary either side. Use this as a directional, defensible figure for a business case, rather than an official quote.
If you already have an IdP in place, Connect Frontline sits alongside this, not in place of it. Most customers come to us because their IdP handles authentication well for desk-based employees, but it either doesn't work at all for frontline employees or it leaves the joiner-mover-leaver workflow as a manual ticket item. Connect Frontline gives all your employees, even frontline staff without access to company email, a secure way in to the tools and platforms that they need access to from day one.
So we can send you a copy with a detailed breakdown of the savings and risk reduction that could be possible by using Connect Frontline to automate provisioning. Also, to allow you to share the results internally without needing to recalculate.
The typical setup using our existing suite of HRIS and workplace platform integrations can be up and running within 2-4 weeks. If there's a specific integration you have in mind, we can help get this set up for you so it's live in time for launch, although this will likely extend the overall set up time period.
Connect Frontline uses volume pricing, so the more users you have, the less you pay per user. The calculator applies pricing for your organisation's size automatically and includes the annual platform cost in your breakdown. It's an estimate, not a quote. For a formal quote, or if you have more than 100,000 users, get in touch with our team.
Core covers the Connect Frontline platform; ConnectID, SSO, automated provisioning, admin hub etc. Core + Chat & Calling gives you everything in Core, but adds secure built-in Chat & Calling functionality with access linked to your HR system. Perfect for organisations that have teams relying on other third-party chat platforms but don't have a way to secure access as employees come and go.
